Escape Zoom Update 1


With the initial release of Escape Zoom, our team managed to qualify to go to TSA Nationals. Since then we have been working hard to add a lot of the features we just didn't have time to finish properly. With this update, we have added a bit more content, but we have also introduced some key mechanics that allow us to make better and more interactive puzzles and minigames. Most notably for the user, we have added the ability to pick up some items in the world and move them around. 

We have implemented this feature in a new puzzle in the second room, and a basketball hoop in the first (functionality still WIP). This update has mainly been focused on optimizing the code, and finalizing the first two rooms. In the next update, we plan to add a currency system, with which you will be able to buy perks and/or sabotages for the other team, and to finalize the third room. There are still many features we hope to add to this game before we head off to nationals, after which we will likely continue to build on this game until we are done with it.
